Our Story

Dead Eye Cowboy Beard Co. started the same way a lot of good things do — by trying to solve a problem for myself.

By trade I work in HVAC, which means a lot of my days are spent crawling through hot attics and tight mechanical spaces where heat and humidity are just part of the job. Over time I realized most beard products just didn’t hold up in those conditions. Some felt too heavy and greasy in the heat, while others didn’t last long enough to be worth using.

So I started experimenting with making my own.

I began working on blends that felt lighter during the day while working in those hot, humid attics — something that conditioned the beard without weighing it down. But I also wanted something that could last through the rest of the day and into the night, with enough base to hold up through tossing, turning, and whatever the evening had in store.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time riding my motorcycle, and that brought another challenge. Long miles, wind, and sun can be just as rough on a beard as a hot attic. So I kept refining blends that would hold up both on the job and on the road.

What started as something I was making for myself slowly turned into something more.

Dead Eye Cowboy Beard Co. was built from the workbench up — late nights testing oils, adjusting scent profiles, designing labels, and figuring out how to turn an idea into a real brand.

I’m also a United States Air Force veteran, and the values I carried out of the military — discipline, pride in your work, and doing things the right way — are a big part of how this company is built.

This brand isn’t about flashy marketing or chasing trends. It’s about making solid beard products for men who live real lives — men who work hard, take pride in what they do, and want products that actually fit their lifestyle.

The first release from Dead Eye Cowboy Beard Co. is the Founder’s Batch.

And it’s only the beginning.

Welcome to the posse.
